Refund Policy

Please review the terms that apply to registrations for the 36th Pan Borneo Meet.

Registration payments

Registration fees and selected add-ons are charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). A booking is treated as confirmed only after payment has been successfully verified.

Refund requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the event organiser through the enquiry contact below no later than 1 November 2026. Each request is reviewed by the organiser and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

  • Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Any applicable payment-processing or bank charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Refunds are not available for no-shows or requests received after 1 November 2026, except where required by applicable law.
  • Changing a participant’s name may be considered before the event at the organiser’s discretion. Please contact us before making a replacement request.

Event cancellation or changes

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, registrants will be informed using the contact details supplied during registration and eligible payments will be handled according to the organiser’s cancellation instructions. The programme and venue may change subject to availability.
