When you register, we collect the information needed to administer your booking, including your first name, last name, email address, phone number, city, country, optional mailing address, registration type and selected event add-ons.

- To verify payment and send booking or payment-status communications.
- To prepare attendee lists, check-in records, event logistics and accounting records.
- To respond to enquiries, prevent misuse and meet legal or financial record-keeping obligations.
Payment and service providers
Payment details are entered through the payment provider’s secure checkout. This website does not store your full card or online-banking credentials. Information may be shared only with service providers involved in payment processing, email delivery, venue/event operations, or where disclosure is required by law.
Retention and security
We retain registration and payment records only for as long as reasonably necessary for event administration, reconciliation, dispute handling and legal or accounting requirements. We use access controls, encrypted connections and reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct inaccurate registration information or ask questions about how your information is used. Some records may need to be retained where required for accounting, legal or payment purposes.
